About This Place

Welcome to Café Rond-Point, a charming café nestled at 3213 Ontario St E in the vibrant heart of Montreal. This delightful spot is more than just a café; it's a haven for coffee lovers, families, and anyone seeking a cozy atmosphere to relax or work. With an inviting ambiance and friendly staff, Café Rond-Point has quickly become a local favorite.

Café Rond-Point boasts an extensive coffee menu that caters to a variety of palates. Whether you’re in the mood for the robust Espresso or the smooth Latte, you will find that each cup of coffee is crafted with precision and care. One standout recommendation is the London Fog Latte, exquisitely infused with lavender, which has garnered rave reviews from customers. Its delicate flavor profile makes it a must-try for both first-timers and regulars alike.

As you sip your beverage, be tempted by their freshly baked goods, including the delightful Chocolatine and the savory Onion & Old Cheddar Scone. Many patrons also rave about the delectable vegan options, such as the scrumptious Vegan Maple Cake, showcasing the café's commitment to inclusivity in their menu.

The ambiance is equally impressive. With comfortable seating and a play area for children, it’s a perfect spot for families—just ask Chelsea Pittman Thrash, who appreciated the tranquil environment for her little one to play while she enjoyed her coffee. The café also has a mild buzz of creative energy; as noted by Kusuma Sri T S, it feels like stepping into a nostalgic film scene where both friends and digital nomads gather.

In summary, Café Rond-Point is not just about coffee and pastries; it's about community, comfort, and connection. Whether you’re there to enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of Mocha Latte or to dive into the hustle of a project with friends around, this café welcomes you with open arms. If your travels bring you to Montreal, make sure Café Rond-Point is one of your stops; you won’t regret it!

Love the coffee, the treats, and the seating area for kids! It was so lovely to enjoy my coffee while my three year old could play quietly

Such an inviting spot with friendly staff, a great coffee menu (including lavender lattes!) and delicious baked goods made on-site, as well as a breakfast menu. It's a wonderful setting for sitting and watching people pass by.

I am an avid London fog drinker and I have drank so many in my life. A london fog latte with lavender is the best london fog i’ve ever had. I’m only here for a few days but I will be back because i NEED another one

Didn't feel like leaving this place. Very calm and inviting cafe, you can spot lot of people working on laptops here, it felt like diving into 90's movies. Staff is super friendly and inviting. Felt very warm there. They have plenty of vegan options there. They had tofu popcorn that stood out for me. Loved their vegan maple cake, mocha latte and wraps. All of them were special. It was a pitstop for us but ended up buying lot of food. No wonder they had many people in the cafeteria. I wish I had more stars to give. And I wish to find cafes like these in Toronto as well.

Delicious onion & old cheddar scone, pesto & sun-dried tomato grilled cheese, and caramel, white chocolate & roasted nuts cookie!

Loved their lavender latte, on the sweeter side (syrop) but well balanced with a cheese scone.

Nice place to chill out, have coffee and eat. Very reasonably priced.
